Robert Neufeld
Robert Neufeld has more than 20 years of management and transaction experience. After holding positions as division manager and managing director in the automotive supply industry, he moved into transaction consulting and was most recently Head of M&A and Partner at medium-sized management consultancy firm enomyc GmbH.
In addition to successfully establishing the M&A division there, he has led many M&A transactions (distressed/non-distressed) of various sizes and across different market segments. He has successfully completed both buy- and sell-side M&A projects, particularly in the printing/packaging industry and the EMS (electronic manufacturing services) market. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Andrej Kirschke
Andrej Kirschke has been working in investment banking and corporate finance for almost three decades and has led a large number of cross-sector, international transactions during his career. He commenced his career in 1996 at investment bank Rothschild in London, where he mainly worked on large privatisation transactions – both through M&A and IPOs.
During his subsequent employment at various investment banks in Frankfurt am Main (including Kepler Cheuvreux and NIBC) his focus shifted to buy- and sell-side M&A involving medium sized companies. Over the past three years, Andrej has focused on the transformation and sale of companies in distress. He holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Economics from the University of Oxford.
